By purchasing a ticket, you agree to the terms listed below: 

SOCIAL BLOOM COLLECTIVE, EVENT WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY
In consideration of being permitted to participate in the Social Bloom Collective event ("Event") organized by Social Bloom Collective held in London, Ontario, I hereby acknowledge and agree as follows:
1. I understand and acknowledge that participating in the Event involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical exertion, fitness-related injuries, and the potential loss or theft of personal belongings. I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Event.
2. I hereby release, waive, discharge, and covenant not to sue Social Bloom Collective, its founders, organizers, affiliates, sponsors, brand partners, collaborators, and representatives from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of my participation in the Event. This includes, but is not limited to, any injury, loss, damage, or theft occurring during or as a result of my participation in the Event.
3. I understand that this waiver and release of liability shall be binding on my heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, and that I voluntarily agree to its terms.
4. I agree to indemnify and hold Social Bloom Collective, its founders, organizers, affiliates, sponsors, brand partners, collaborators, and representatives harmless from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from my actions or conduct during the Event, including but not limited to any damage to property or injury to persons caused by me.
5. I acknowledge that the Event will be photographed and video recorded. I grant Social Bloom Collective and its brand partners a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use my image, likeness, and any photo or video footage captured at the Event for any purpose, including social media, marketing, advertising, and brand partnership content, without further notice or compensation. I waive any right to inspect or approve such use.
6. I have read and understood the contents of this waiver and release of liability and voluntarily agree to its terms.
7. I have the legal capacity and authority to enter into this waiver. If I am not 18 years old or older, my legal guardian will sign the Agreement on my behalf.
I acknowledge that by signing this document, I am giving up certain legal rights and remedies, including the right to bring a lawsuit or claim against Social Bloom Collective or any other released parties.
